MyTimeLedger Privacy Policy

MyTimeLedger is a time tracking application operated by Zentaio AI. This policy explains what information the app uses, where it is stored, and how you can contact support.
Information Used by the App
MyTimeLedger may use the following information when you choose to use the app:
- Google account profile information: name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier.
- Project information: project name, description, status, start date, end date, work-hour targets, default project setting, and selected color.
- Work entries: selected work date, start time, end time, total hours, work type, project, descriptions, audit/status information, and timestamps.
- Vacation/holiday records: date, type, remarks, selected color, and timestamps.
- Uploaded work images and related descriptions.
- Configuration settings: language/region, holiday country/state/city/type, local setup state, and build/app metadata.
Where Your Data Is Stored
MyTimeLedger is designed to store your ledger data in your own Google Drive. On first setup, the app creates or accesses a MyTimeLedger folder and a Google spreadsheet in your Google Drive account. Uploaded images are stored in that Drive folder structure.
The app also stores small local preferences on your device/browser, such as cached sign-in display information and whether Drive setup was already completed. These local preferences are used to keep you signed in until you choose Logout and to avoid repeatedly asking for Drive setup.
Google Permissions
The app uses Google Sign-In for authentication and may request access to:
- Google Drive file access, so it can create and manage MyTimeLedger files created or selected by the app.
- Google Sheets access, so it can read and update your MyTimeLedger spreadsheet.
- Basic profile information, so the app can identify the signed-in user.
MyTimeLedger does not request broad access to all of your Drive content. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's own policies and account settings.
Third-Party Services
The app may contact these services to provide functionality:
- Google Sign-In, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
- Firebase Hosting for the public website.
- Nager.Date and OpenHolidays APIs for public holiday lookup based on your selected country/state/city/type configuration.
How Information Is Used
- To sign you in and keep your app session active until Logout.
- To create, read, update, and summarize your project time ledger.
- To calculate planned, normal, total, and extra hours.
- To save images and supporting work evidence when you choose to upload them.
- To apply localization and holiday rules selected in Configuration.
- To provide support and troubleshoot issues you report.
Sharing and Sale of Data
We do not sell your personal information. Your ledger data is stored in your Google Drive account and is not intentionally shared with others by MyTimeLedger. You control sharing through your Google account and Drive settings.
Retention and Deletion
Your ledger spreadsheet and uploaded images remain in your Google Drive until you delete them. Local cached session/setup information remains on your device/browser until you log out, clear local app/browser data, or use app options that clear local setup status.
Security
The app relies on Google authentication and Google Drive/Sheets authorization. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
MyTimeLedger is recommended for ages 13 and older and is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
Your Choices
- You can log out in the app to clear the cached app session.
- You can revoke Google permissions from your Google Account security settings.
- You can delete the MyTimeLedger folder/spreadsheet/images from your Google Drive.
- You can contact support for questions about this policy.
