MyTimeLedger Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MyTimeLedger, a time tracking application operated by Zentaio AI. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
MyTimeLedger helps users record project work hours, projects, vacations, holidays, supporting images, and summary reports. The app stores ledger information in the user's own Google Drive and Google Sheets when the user grants permission.
2. Accounts and Authentication
You use Google Sign-In to access the app. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity that happens through your account. The app keeps a local session until you use Logout.
3. Google Drive and Sheets
The app requires Google Drive and Google Sheets permissions to create, read, and update your MyTimeLedger folder, spreadsheet, and uploaded image files. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's terms, policies, and account settings.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the projects, work entries, descriptions, vacation records, settings, and images you create or upload. You grant MyTimeLedger permission to process that content only as needed to provide the app's features.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and only with accounts and content you are authorized to use.
- Do not upload malicious, illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- Review your entries and reports for accuracy before relying on them.
- Maintain your own backups if your records are important for business, tax, payroll, or legal purposes.
6. Not Payroll, Legal, or Accounting Advice
MyTimeLedger is a recordkeeping tool. It does not provide payroll, employment, tax, accounting, legal, or compliance advice. You are responsible for verifying calculations and using the data appropriately.
7. Third-Party Services
The app may use Google services, Firebase Hosting, Nager.Date, and OpenHolidays APIs. We are not responsible for outages, changes, data handling, or terms of third-party services.
8. Availability and Changes
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, break, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Data Deletion
Your main ledger data is stored in your Google Drive. You can delete the MyTimeLedger folder, spreadsheet, and images from Google Drive. You can clear the local app session by using Logout and can revoke Google access in your Google Account settings.
10. Privacy
Use of the app is also governed by the MyTimeLedger Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
The MyTimeLedger name, app design, website, and software are owned by Zentaio AI or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app except as allowed by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MyTimeLedger, Zentaio AI, and related operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or inaccurate records.
13. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access or support if use of the app violates these Terms, creates risk, or is required by law.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on the website with a new effective date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
